Who we are
This online store is operated by Bollo’s TCG LLC, an independent business based in Illinois, United States. Questions can be sent to bollostcg@gmail.com.

Using the site
You may use this site for lawful shopping and information purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, or submit false or fraudulent orders or information. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your sign-in information.

Products and availability
We aim to describe products accurately. Product images may differ slightly from an item’s appearance, and prices and availability may change before an order is placed. A listing marked Sold Out is not available for purchase. Names and images of third-party games and brands belong to their respective owners; their presence does not imply that Bollo’s TCG LLC is endorsed by or an authorized distributor for those brands.

Orders and payment
By placing an order, you offer to buy the items in your cart at the total shown at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; we may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price or listing contains a material error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item. We will contact you using the information supplied at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, and delays. Our Return and Refund Policy explains our no-change-of-mind rule and how we handle damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. These policies are part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The store is powered by Shopify, and checkout, payments, and other features may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or policies.

Site content
The Bollo’s TCG name, original site design, and original site content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party product names, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes and questions
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you have questions, email bollostcg@gmail.com.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws of Illinois and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
